Did that, everything turned out a-ok. Edit: Didn't see the last part, doing that now. Found some errors on the hard drive, they're all fixed so here's hoping to no more bsods.
Thanks for the reply, I did memtest and all my ram checked out just fine and all of my stuff is updated as well. So I'm at a lost on what to do now, it couldn't be my memory slots could it?
Okay so I've still been getting BSOD's but not as frequently which changed a couple days ago, bought a new graphics card a Radeon 5770 and done some short tests on BurnInTest, everything turned out okay so I have no idea why I'm still getting them but like I've said I haven't done any indepth...
