HELLO EVERYONE. HELP NEEDED! pc became very slow, so I reboot it. Never came back on. Jams at the opening with "DELL" and does nothing. Removed the HD, connected it on a USB device. When I go to explore it on my other computer, it tells me to format this drive. HOW CAN I GET MY FILES BACK?
