Hi, I recently downloaded Windows 7, and i already found my first problems (after 5 minutes of working on it): i can't start any program that uses UAC (so this means no regedit or anything) so what do i do?

hi, when i try to use regedit, the UAC pops up, asking me if i want to allow the program to makes changes to my computer. i click yes and then all i can see is the language bar, so windows doesn't do anything, after a while of waiting, the bar closes and i go back to my desktop, it doesn't open...
