It's like a rippling effect of problems. Now the monitor keeps flashing since the graphic card driver update and bios does not show a hyperthreading option at all. I can't find a manual online for how to get the hyperthreading option either.

Okay. I'm going to uninstall spyware doctor and see if that works. If not, I'll try to update my bios, but I am having a hell of a time finding an update for my motherboard. The manufacturer doesn't even list the model I have on the website.

Ohhhhh okay. Excuse my computer illiteracy. lol I have found out that my motherboard is from ASUSTek: ASUSTeK Computer Inc.-Support- but I don't know what the model name or serial number is. Hopefully I can find it on the motherboard itself.
