    Well, after a lot of trying, I found the problematic driver was, surprisingly, the Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000 x64. After removing it (and with all the others drivers posted here installed), the BSOD when going or recovering from sleep/hibernate mode stopped. Thanks for your help!
