    Windows 7 How to Decrypt Files After Upgrading from Windows XP to Windows 7?

    so i installed windows 7 and it made a backup of my windows xp folder when i installed. me being stupid though forgot to decrypt some files i have on my d drive. so i'm wondering is there anyway i can get them decrypted?
