Hello! I was watching netflix with my girlfriend and decided to check on the CSGO majors. But before steam even launched I got a BSOD :( What caused this?

At least you have a lot of knowledge about computers. I honestly want to get in to this kind of work someday. Glad you got everything sorted! No crash for me yet :D I'll post again if I get any more issues. Thank you so much

No crash all day today. I think we finally found it!

Still no crash. I've been playing most of the day, and have restarted multiple times to see if it would still work.

Memory Clock -110 (MHz) Core Clock -5 (MHz)

I'll let you know if I crash again :)

MSI Afterburner seems to have helped! I couldn't stay in game for more than a few seconds before tweaking with this.

TDR issue came back. I made sure every driver was up to date using Driver Easy Pro, cleaned the hell out of my apps and drives, tried at least 5 different display drivers, and reinstalled Windows 10 with no luck. Any ideas?

Passed Intel Diagnostic. After reading this I checked my temps during a huge fight, and my CPU temps were at 100c! So I decided that maybe I put too much thermal paste on about a week ago. Rubbed off old paste, used the dot method this time, and now I'm getting a max temp of 78c :) No BSOD yet...

Had another BSOD today while playing Guild Wars 2. No TDR yet.

My apologies. I hadn't finished installing my game before loading in to the new area so I'm pretty sure that's why I crashed. Been playing for about 3 hours with no problem. If the problem shows up again I feel like I can tackle it better on my own now (thanks to you!). You can close this...

Sadly after a couple hours of playing, I got a black screen and was forced to hard reset again. It was right after loading in to a new area.
