    Windows 7 Can't get access to Firefox or related programs

    I've just got a new Toshiba Satellite L500 laptop with Windows 7 loaded and I can't access anything through Firefox. Have tried all the fixes on the Mozilla site. Explorer seems to work OK, but I also suspect some access to outside sites is blocked. Does anyone have any ideas please? First time...
