The Wife and I had two Windows Tablets, hers a Surface 2 running Win 8 NT and me a Surface 2 Pro that is running Windows 10 Pro. Early and Mid December we both got the new i5 version of Surface Pro (5) Real happy.

Well I am just going to say it is fixed, we came home and naturally it works there. I am sure this last solution might have worked, but she won't take it again. She thinks I spent too much vacation time trying to fix it. She's right as usual.

It was not solved on the road and I don't know that we will take it again I am not sure I tried that, but I think I did.
