You don`t need to change anything.once you download the file extract it using winrar. Then go to the folder it creates and install the lightscribe software and template software. THE FILE YOU DOWNLOAD HAS ALREADY BEEN MODIFIED.

Yes....use the method downloading the file,then extract it with winrar,then run the set up.It works perfect and it is easy to do.

What is the exact model of your printer?

Have you downloaded the software for your printer yet? Download it saving it to your desktop. Then right click the icon...properties...compatibility,you can then choose which os to run it in compatibility.

I have it all working...solution center,the shop for supplies and photosmart 3.5 ....oh and the print gadget works aswell,the one you put in the vista sidebar,just run it in vista compatibility.
