just had a thought ive personally never tried this but you could install linux on one of the other drives and install some kind of dual boot software and when u boot linux i would imagine you could do pretty much anything with any file then. just a thought hope it was of any help

have you not thought about formatting the drive(s) instead of deleting folders!!

seems to me somthing in your system isnt 64bit compatable but i could be wrong maybe your system specs could help a little

no more blue screen crashes but i think i may have found the source of the problem i think it was nvidia forceware network access manager because i was also noticing high cpu usage while using certian programs so i just uninstalled it and the high cpu usage was no more. thanks for all the help

yeah its a bit strange the gamers hud that comes with the card wont pick up and card info like shader clock or gpu frequency but pc wizard picks up all the gfx card info

ive found some of the drivers you posted for me and i cant get any newer drivers so i dont know what to do i could still remove them using command prompt but im not sure and apperently asus isnt going to make anymore drivers for this board

thanks for the replys. ive just build the system a few days ago and all ive used was the vista 64 bit drivers off the net and used the bios update util but ill check again for all drivers and hopefully it was only a 1 off incedent.
