    Windows 7 windows 7 media centre wont start mscowrks.dll

    Hello i have just installed windows 7 , its fantastic but i have an issue opening media centre Microsoft.net\Framework\v2.0.50727\mscowrks.dll could not be loaded I also have a license key app for my vienna music software and this has the same error, please help i need my music software...
