Ok I bit the bullet and wiped it. Customer had restore cd's (ACER) runs like a charm now. I wanna thank ALL of you who helped me. It was tireless help and I do APPRECIATE it :) Thanx huge

Ok booted off hirens and deleted the folder. x fingers no go still BSOD :(

Ok did all that I have no network access anymore in safe mode :( Network card says all is running fine

K uninstalled NTI and ran ccleaner. BSOD critical error :(

Ok did all that, no MWL in msconfig. ran registry crawler and removed all instances of MWL. MWL folder is locked and cant delete the files. see screen. Rebooted and still critical error :(

Ok DW worked to get rid of the services but when I rebooted i got the BSOD Critical error again. Dumps attached.. Thanx :)

ok i cant uninstall MWL as it BSOD and in safe mode wont allow it. I will try the dameware :) Hang tight and THANX

Ok did all above and all went off without a hitch. Rebooted final time got the BSOD and CRITICAL error again :( attached are the dumps Thanx <SNIP> dvd drive doesnt work :)
