    Windows 7 Windows XP OEM x64 -> Windows 7 x64 upgrade?

    You will have to do a fresh install of Windows 7. Win7 is not upgradeable from XP 64, only Vista 64 bit. In fact I beleive Win 7 (any version) is not upgradeable from any XP version.
