This has happened quite a few times since install (2 days ago). When using vista (dual boot) there are no freezes, so i doubt its a hardware issue. Also yet to note a freeze when not browsing/ connected to net. Everything freezes, and i have to hold the power button to restart. this has happened...

well i have nothing yet you see, i'm not sure which format the student upgrade comes in as I havent bought it yet. I dont think it's bootable disc or iso, but apparently exe files. hence my confusion.

What is the best way to do this? I'm currently dual booting 32 vista (never use it, but just in case) and windows 7 32 rc (seems fantastic). Anyway, I'm eligible for the student upgrade offer, but I'm unsure how this works? its not a bootable disc/image apparently? How would i go about...

I have 4 g installed on my machine, but when checking system properties in 7 i get "4.00 g (2.86g available)" ? Any help would be appreciated.
