    Cheap mobo? Tiny CPU? AMD 965 cpu? What is your PSU? Under 500w? Drop a gold certified 85% 650w & I'll bet she'll scream!!

    Thanks, after months of searching, reading, & swearing this fixed my problem also:D win7-ult-64bit-16ram-AMD-8core cpu. I'm gonna NOT use Acronis again on this system.
