No, because they aren't even listed in the Wireless Network Connection menu.

So I see a lot of deleting network location instructions, buuut they don't work for me as for some reason these networks are permanently active and therefore untouchable. I need a way to disconnect them (also no obvious option for this) or override whatever keeps me from deleting them.
