    Okay, so I used HDMI for a day, and the distortion is gone.. The only problem is that now, my screen looks like garbage. This is a really odd problem.. I use VGA, I get that odd distortion.. When I use HDMI, the screen looks really ugly.

    I'm using a Tobisha 26AV500U TV as my monitor (I don't have access to a normal monitor). I'm also using an VGA cord to connect my PC to my TV, because when I use HDMI, it looks really ugly, and has a bit of input lag.

    Thanks for the quick reply! anyway, you were right there.. Sometimes google chrome shoots up in CPU percentage, and that's when the problem starts.. Is there any way to give more priority to the mouse?
