    system doesn't allow me to use it.it shows the desktop and after seconds , it shows blue screen with a number increasing to 100 and then restarts and repeat it everytime.:(

    when I turn on my laptop,it shows this massege and show a blue screen and in the end of that , it shows a number that is increased to 100 and after that restarts immediatly. What should I do ? help me please.
