how can you tell what the fixes are? can you please explain what you were lookin at that told you this.

I'm currently running an hp dv4-1428dx. all stock except for the hard drive i upgraded and my os to win7 pro x64. would like someone who can explain to me how to read these rather than just explain what it says, please. thanks guys!
