like I said in post they have (0) bites

i have a lot of filed in file explorer that I cant delete they have 0 bites they live in c/user/rkfr/local/temp I have also tried to delete them in file explorer in safe mode how can I get rid of these? rkf also these are numbers and letters

reset the pc t/you for info

did that 2 times and ran in safe mod didn't help same error

my pc is trying it install update 1803 and it keeps telling me I have to uninstall Avira Anti Vis I do not have that prog/add/remove not in there , not on pc???

I have tried that I drag to desktop it shows the shotcut link the it goes out. no shotcut on desktop ? I went to run / shell:sendto and made a shotcut there thank you for help rkf

R/clic on desktop chose personalize then on next screen chose Lock screen go to to bottom for screen settings

screen shaver show changing px every 5 secons

when I boot up and leave it there my screen savet starts in 5 min as I have it set after I go to any other programs ck mail etc the screen saver show will not restart again till I reboot. have run sfc . ??? rkf

yes they are .. and all was ok till yesterday last update

win10 after the last update my sound is ok ,then when I switch to headphones it is working fine then it will not go back to the usb speakers until I reboot. it stays on headphones
