I also found this END file on my PC "C:/" hard drive. Very strange indeed. I could not open the file, but it was there under all my pertinent folders. When I checked Properties/Mouse over, it read "Date Modified: 9/11/2013" = ???? 9/11 ?? really??? I don't recall acquiring this file on my own...
