Those PB guys are known for being jerks about this stuff- It's a known issue that their development goals are crap :(

I am running the 64bit client, and after install I am unable to make it past (through it even) the Configuration client... I can run the game through the executable in the Binaries folder, but that drastically alters the graphics settings, and causes quite a few display bugs in the game itself...
