ok so I was struggling with this. I have several Dell Optiplex GX620s. I installed windows 7 64-bit on some and the driver for the sound is r145149.exe from the dell support page. but for the 32-bit I had to do more searching and found r145551.exe. These should work with all the non-hd soundmax...
