I Ran CMD(Administrator) chkdsk /r and it fixed the problem.

Looks as i have fixed the issue i think this can be close now.

Everthing i'm using is compatibale with win 8.

I don't get that anymore anyways.

Harddrive is working fine and is not failing at all and they happened to someone else aswell and they changed something and the warning stoped happening.

I did it through usb.

My laptop isn't overclocked and my desktop is on my desktop desk and did disc check and no error found? and my cpu is usually in around 50c when idle was running something so that whats made it 64c.
