While I was moving from 7 to 10 yesterday the city power failed to our building. When power was restored I attempted to begin from scratch with the setup tool. Now when I select either 'upgrade this pc' or attempt the iso download option it fails with a simple 'Something happened' message...
The system looks clean. Mbam quick and complete are ok. I didn't receive any attachments from him during the call so problem from that route not likely. I see w7 has an option to remove and reinstall explorer9 but not ready for that heavy handed approach just yet.
