    Windows 8 Help! Printer not working after installing Windows 8.1!

    Hello, I just installed Windows 8.1. I have an HP Envy 4502 for a printer. There seems to be some connection issue between my laptop and my printer ever since I downloaded this update. I use my printer quite often and am pretty frustrated that it is not working properly. Please help! Samantha
