Hey sorry late than never.. I just fixed the prob on my PC. I have a Dell Inspiron 1720. Had the same prob for about 2 weeks. Go into the BOIS (F2 @ boot most likely) go to video settings. Select the tab for Plugged or battery power. Not sure how it got changed in the first place. Hope this...
