I looked in CPU-Z (Memory Tab) and it does has 9,9,9,24 in the settings but the "DRAM Frequency" is 665MHz. At the top the "NB frequency" 1795.5MHz. In RAMMon, it says that the "Timings @ Max Frequency" are 9-9-9-24 for each, and the "Bus Clockspeed" is 666.67MHz. Is it one of these that...

Cheers for the help, although what you've shown makes little sense to me..... I had the last two blue screens after I started using a usb keyboard and mouse so I was guessing it was these. They're both microsoft products though, and don't appear to have any drivers to speak of on their websites...
