OMG!! it keeps getting worse. i cant even see then cmd option when i go into computer repair (F8). it just says startup repair. if nothing will work, is there any way i can back it up?

i open my pc, it goes up to startup repair, then its say the blue screen of death. i try to go in normal boot , still no response (says window is loading files) i try to go in F8, the menu boots, i click safe mode and still windows 7 says windows in loading files and then takes me to BSOD...
