I got BSOD's before AVG. The only reason I use it is because I always get an error from MSE when trying to run a scan. But I will preform a hardware check the next chance I get. TY for the fast replies by the way. You guys are great!

sorry for the long reply but I did manage to get the CPU Z thing. Also the laptop never really overheats it is well ventilated and all that. As for stressing it out, It is very random. So sometimes I would be on Youtube or Facebook and I'll get a BSOD. It has never happened to me during a game...

Hi, I am new to these threads and I need help with a BSOD. I am unable to get the CPU Z thing until saturday. I was only able to get the minidumps and the laptop model. The laptop is a HP notebook Dv6 with windows 7 home premium sp1. It would be great if I can get this fixed before Saturday...
