The speakers have the green check. But it isn't volume, it's that there is no sound at all except when external speakers/headphones are plugged in. :confused:

Same problem Dell live chat said they don't have the driver on their website and I would need to use their "on call" support (= $$) I have all updates enabled and dev. man.says all drivers up-to-date
