Meh. I've tried everything and every combination. There's no rhyme or reason that I can see. Sometimes it just opens and/or maximizes to the wrong display. Definitely a bug.

Not certain if this belongs here or in hardware, but here goes: When I maximize a window back to my secondary monitor, sometimes it maxes to the primary instead forcing me to restore down, drag-n-drop, then maximize again. Of course this is an intermittent problem, but extremely annoying...
