OK - It seems like the M-AUDIO FIRWIRE SOLO external soundcard is the root for these BSoD's and Unexcepted Reboots. The real problem is that i've got the latest drivers for this device for win7 32bit , and it doesn't help. Any other suggestions ? :| Thanks in advance.

Ok - I checked and i've got the newest Intel GMA driver I tried to uninstall MAGICISO. I hope it will help .
