So i cleaned my windows 7 install CD, reset my Bios to default values, checked the cables going into the HD, and it worked. I feel like a complete moron. PC just restarted, and windows is "completing installation..." I have high hopes.

All connections are firmly in place. I just attempted this re install on Monday, so It was "fine" before that, I don't know why any hardware would be loose. I believe I am going to buy a replacement HDD, though I really don't want to.
