That worked just like you said. Interestingly most, maybe even all, of my scores are now higher than they were under Vista with the same hardware.

You beat me to the punch. I reinstalled my video drivers and it didn't help. I uninstalled Mesh and after I restarted ...problem solved.

I'm also having the exact same problem. I did an upgrade install on my Dell Inspiron 9400 2GB ram. I never had a problem with aero with Vista. This could be a coincidence but everything seemed to be fine until i started mucking around with Windows Mesh. That may not be what caused it but that's...
