    Windows 7 Doesn't shutdown or restart

    Solution... I had the same issue, windows won't shut down and i had also some problems with explorer.exe (wich i couldn't restart using the task manager, since ctrl+alt+del didn't worked...) Here's the solution: Paradiso, arrivo...: Windows 7 doesn't shut down:
