A backup, no.... But that is why I was referring to a computer refresh. It is similar to a factory reset, but it preserves your personal files. It wouldn't be entirely the end of the world if I had to do a complete reset though....

So I a, currently trying to get all of the updates for windows 8.1 set up on my computer so that I can update to windows ten. As I have been going about doing this, the updated has frozen..... It has been working on one certain update for the last twelve hours.... I'm not sure what to do at this...
