I just burnt a data CD on Win 7 with the default Windows Explorer CD Burning utility. I tried to open the disc on 2 different XP machines and I got an "Access is Denied" error when trying to view the disc. I burnt another CD with a 3rd party program (CDBurnerXP) and got the same result. Both...
