After trying to backup my hard disk data files and failing I tried various options including the Win7 system repair disk unsuccessfully and then the three ACER system recovery disks with no success . Ended with SETUP IS STARTING SERVICES for 20 seconds or so and then WINDOWS CANNOT RESTART...
