Windows 10 Can't access Windows apps
I can't log in via my laptop (it's a Tapatalk issue), but... I did everything that was suggested, then I reset my Wi-Fi settings... I am in! Thanks, everyone! Sent from my SM-N950U1 using Tapatalk- tituswife63

Windows 10 Can't access forum on laptop.
In try to log in, my password is not recognized. When I try to reset it, I enter my email address, then get a notice that I didn't enter the Captcha correctly! I wasn't asked for a Captcha! P. S. Is it log in, or login? Thanks! Sent from my SM-N950U1 using Tapatalk- tituswife63

So, I back up my data (all of C and D?) to an external drive, and then use the link that you provided? Thanks! Sent from my SM-N950U1 using Tapatalk- tituswife63

I may have to try this. I appreciate the time and expertise otherwise provided, but it's beyond my abilities. This is different than doing the restart which started this problem? I think Norton offers a system image tool. Thank you so much. Sent from my SM-N950U1 using Tapatalk- tituswife63

Windows 10 Can't access Windows apps
I updated my passwords, but I can't verify my Windows account. It just keeps trying. I'm going to start back at the beginning tomorrow. Maybe the second go around will work. Thanks again for your help. Sent from my SM-N950U1 using Tapatalk- tituswife63

They're the passwords I use on the lock screen, so that doesn't make sense. I understand why you say that, though. Sent from my SM-N950U1 using Tapatalk- tituswife63

I did that. In settings, I'm trying to verify my accounts. Both say that my passwords are incorrect. They are correct! (Also, this has been the case since I first did the restart. I forgot to mention that.) I could do a password reset, but I hate what Microsoft puts you through to verify that...- tituswife63

Windows 10 Can't access Windows apps
I got that. It did its computer stuff, now it's back to the prompt. I still can't access Store, and Microsoft still thinks I'm not connected to the internet. Should I try rebooting? Thanks. Sent from my SM-N950U1 using Tapatalk- tituswife63

The closest I found (from Start), is Command Prompt (Admin). That's not it? Thanks for continued help. Sent from my SM-N950U1 using Tapatalk- tituswife63

Windows 10 Can't access Windows apps
Several weeks ago, I had to do a restart on my Asus laptop (Norton couldn't repair a drive). Since then, I can't access any Windows apps (One Drive, Store, etc.) According to Windows, I have no internet access, which just isn't true (I'm using it for everything else!). I had two chat sessions...- tituswife63
