Yes, I am logged in on my Microsoft account. I tried to install Windows 10 again and the activation was now successful.

Is it normal that the Get Windows 10 App dissapears from the taskbar and it is shown in the Windows Update window as "Upgrade for Windows 10 is reserved"?

I didn't call them yet, but the situation solved itself. I just turned on the computer and the app suddenly appeared. It didn't appear before but now it just did. I propably should have been more patient. Sorry for wasting your time. Thank you a lot.
