i fixed it.. removing and replacing the dll files did nothing whatso ever.. i saw on that uninstalling CA antivirus will allow your pc to boot... i uninstalled it and what do you know.... it just booted :D im going to get another antivirus software as ca just seems incompatable.. even...

ca antivirus 2009 works fine on w7, im using it now.... it just checked the logs in safe mode and is sayd that a file infection in shell32.dll in system 32 was reported but nothing was done. hmm, i might just delete that file and replace it with the one from my laptop.....gonna give it a try
