most of my games that aren't on steam need some registry entry for the cdkey and all ... it's a pain in the ass to retrieve those entries, export and import them again, maybe you have some tricks I don't know about ... but I aknowledge the fact that more and more games are "portable" and they...

Yeha I know what a clean install means guys, I've been studying CS for more than 5 years now... I just wished to know if between 2 versions of windows this was ok, cause I never do/recommend "upgrade" otherwise I was just wondering about this particular case because it's the same basic os, but...

Just so you know, I have not had more issues with BSOD, without even "upgrading" my installation. Windows 7 Foldersize

I think I know where to download the program if I said I used it on XP and am a CS major ... thx for trying anyway but the program doesn't work on vista/seven and cannot because of what the author explain, Microsoft force people to implement old functions that they didn't wanna make public anymore.

    Windows 7 Foldersize

all the site does is link to the developer website, and he doesn't support vista yet because of the many changes that occured with the IColumnProvider that requires a lot of work and rewriting things that were already available to dev on XP ... thx anyway for trying ^^

Windows 7 Payback devices - I want all of them !

I pick up the headphone when I feel like talking and always let my speaker up for the bass (I didn't pay for the z5500 for nothing), the point is not necessarly to use them at the same time, the point is to be able to use one or the other without playing with window's settings (which requires...

Windows 7 BSOD at least once a day - Win 7 RTM

I thought it would create a windows.old and delete my programs ... I wanted to try it during the beta phase, but it needed 10gb or so to "upgrade" and I never let that much storage space left on my C drive ... so now I have to "resize" my main partition, guess I'll do this while at work this...

Windows 7 Classic vs. New Start Menu

New: 1 botton and I can search everywhere ! (windows key + start typing), but the size of the window make navigating through programs a mess, it'S hard to pin something to the top, not very user friendly ... Old: Lots of space to search through instaled programs, No direct search textbox but...
