Yeah that is correct, I will try the bios, but not quite sure how to do that? In the bios it was set to 1333mhz but I turned off the turbo mode....

So I've recently built a new custom computer from scratch here are the specs I7 CPU 860 @ 2.80GHz Gigabyte P55-USB3 motherboard 2x ATI Radeon HD 5770 graphics cards Windows 7 ultimate OS I have reloaded windows multiple times due to blue screens and I am most certain that it is a driver...
