I agree with alf1, you could not have privacy without good privacy/security tool. Browser's settings are not enough. I prefer Mil Shield and CCleaner. They clean fine and uncompromisingly. Mil Shield is a little better than CCleaner, though .

This cleaning software is incredible I have Mil Shield only on my three computers. It includes all stuff to clean - files, tracks, registry keys, last download folder,flash cookies, and etc. Delete cookies, history, cache and Index.dat files with Mil Shield 7.1

i own Mil Shield and CCleaner I own Mil Shield and CCleaner and I can tell you that they are worth. Mil Shield is the best cleaning program I've seen but some settings are missing here. CCleaner cleans all files too but sometimes it does not execute its job very finely and uncleaned files...
