    Windows 7 Task Scheduler Errors

    I'm not familiar with task scheduler. I was going to create a task to backup my Stickies notes to my Dropbox but when I opened Task Scheduler these two errors popped up.     Windows 7 Download problem - insufficient permissions

    frequently, when I try to download a file from a site I have to make 2 attempts. The first time fails due to "Insufficient Permissions". The next attempt downloads fine. It seems it mostly occurs on the first download after a fresh boot.
