    Thank you for your response. I couldn't open the programme nor repair it. I uninstalled and reinstalled but still had the same problem so I contacted Kaspersky and they have sent me instructions. I'll let you know if it works.

    Hello. I installed this update and now Kaspersky won't load. Anybody else having the same issue? Any suggestions gratefully received
