    Problem solved. After comparing 2 systems side by side i went through every setting i could find. Some how in the internet option in control panel the proxy box was checked.Don't no how it happened but by removing that check all is fine now. Dam what a frustration time it's been.

    AV is uninstalled. It was Avg virus scan. My other computer is find. I even put older a older hard drive in with win 7 on it and was fine. What could it be in this install of 7 that went bad?

    Mine boots much faster then with Vista.It only takes half the time to access the internet after fully loading. I love it!
