I downloaded as directed. The printer dialog box came up like it was going to print. Then I got an error message:" enable bidirectional printer properties" I went into the printer properties and saw nothing with bidirectional printer properties.

after installing Windows 7 my Lexmark all in one X8350 printer stopped working. I contacted Lexmark help and was told to buy a new printer. Surely that can't be correct. Help!
